AGOMAC –P TAB

Agomac-p gives complete relief from pain and associated inflammation by counter acting both central and peripheral mechanisms. Aceclofenac can counteract peripheral inflammation by blocking COX-2 enzyme and paracetamol block the central effects of prostaglandin by blocking COX-3 enzyme in brain. This combination offers faster and longer duration of action with least incidence of GI side-effects

USES OF AGOMAC-P TABLET

Acute low back pain
rheumatoid arthritis
ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis
relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat also.

Composition

Each film coated tablet contains
Aceclofenac 100 mg
Paracetamol IP 325 mg

Dosage

One tablet twice daily

Side Effects

Aceclofenac is well tolerated
GI side effects like dyspepsia, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, and nausea are very rare.
